Payment Options
You can pay your American Express Card monthly bill with your Debit Card from one of the partner banks of KNET by logging into American Express Mobile App on your Android™ or iOS device.

If you have a Credit Card:
You must complete a Direct Debit Mandate Form provided by American Express; and have it signed by your Bank. This service is available for Credit Cards through the above participating banks; provided you set up the option with your bank to pay either the minimum 5% of your outstanding balance each month or the full outstanding balance.

To make a payment online, please follow the below steps:
Click on www.americanexpress.com.kw
Click on (Online Services Login) on the left side panel of the screen
If you are already registered log on with your details. If you are not currently registered, please do so by creating a (Username and Password) and following the steps to register your Card.
Click on "Make Payment" and select the registered American Express Card for which you wish to make the payment for.
Please select the amount you wish to pay.
Please note the minimum amount is KWD3 or USD equivalent
After selecting the amount, click on “Make Payment”, then in the next screen, select KNET and click continue.
The system will take you directly to the partner web page for the final payment step.
Enter your ATM card number (KNET card), expiry date and your ATM PIN number and click "Pay Now".
Ensure the information is correct and click "Confirm" to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation/reference number as a record of payment. Print a copy of this page to keep for your record.
Log Out.
When making an online payment, please bear in mind the maximum amount that is allowable for a single transaction on your Debit Card through your bank. You may need to make multiple payments across several days as daily online payment limits may also apply. If you are facing any issues, please contact your bank.
Please allow 2-3 working days for the payment to reflect on your Card account.

· Point of Sale (POS) - using an ATM card (KNET card)
· Cash - Local Currencies and US Dollars
For cash payments of KD 3,080 / USD 10,000 and above being made by a person other than the Cardmember, an authorization letter along with a copy of the Cardmember valid ID is required. Without this documentation, the payment cannot be accepted. Payments of KD 4,600 / USD 15,000 and above, must be supported with evidence for source of funds.
