Lost or Stolen Cards 

In case you lost your Card or it was stolen, you will need to report that immediately via one of the below channels:

• Amex MENA app: access the app, tap on 'Services' and then on 'Report Lost or Stolen Card'

• Online Services Account: access your account, click on 'Report Lost or Stolen Card' and follow the instructions

• Customer Services: Call us on the number mentioned on the back of your Card.
